How it works?

In performance-based design, our specialist will evaluate their design by applying engineering calculation (CFD modelling) and take in consideration of every variation such as fire detection type, smoke exhaust rate and so on to assess various kind of fire scenarios. In simple words, in performance-based solution, engineering smoke control system is tested by applying the calculation, science and engineering to determine how a building react to fire. The system design is approved only if the calculation show that the design meets the quantitative performance criteria established earlier.
