Mapletree Pioneer Logistics Hub located at 76 Pioneer Road is a five-storey industrial building with about 5 large uncompartmented warehouses on each floor; some with air
conditioning and others without.

Engineered Smoke Control System in this building is a performance-based system due to deviations to prevailing Fire Code 2013. Duct work is provided in the driveway and ramp
area to serve as Mechanical Ventilation System during normal times and Smoke Extraction System during fire event. Motorised dampers are opened or closed to enable the system switch.

Ventilators are installed in the warehouse to provide fresh air at the low level. IDAS have chosen to use Brakel Eura louvred ventilators, as the louvres open within their profile, hence not obstructing usage of the warehouse. More than 70 units of such ventilators
are installed on the facade which integrate perfectly with their cladding system.
