As fire and smoke is a major consideration for factory units, Engineered Smoke Control System is provided by IDAS at the driveway and factory units. Automatic smoke curtains are installed  in the driveway, which activate upon detection of smoke. Exhaust fans which run to provide ventilation during normal times, are also activated to operate at higher speed during fire mode.
